We understand that everyone like to book via a preferred 3rd party (Such as Viator/Trip-Advsor, GetYourGuide, Other Services), we do want to outline the updated terms if you chose to book through these other services. Please note, if you book through these other services, we can not perform certain operations as part of our agreement. Thease include but are not limited to; Rescheduleing, rebooking, changing of itinerary, refunds/cancellations, altering guest information such as name, email, phone, location, etc. and more. Please reach out to us for a full list of operations that are restricted.

If you are booking a large group activity and need to alter and/or change, and it is part of a package with Action Sport Rentals then please do the fallowing.

Please send an email to ahoy@keeneradventures.com and reservations@actionsportrentals.com with the details of your reservation and what needs to be altered. *Please note; if you only send it to one email is could take longer as it must be approved by both parties in order to be a valid alteration to your activity.
