*AAA Discount Terms & Conditions

AAA Discount is provided to active and approved AAA members who show an active, non-expired AAA membership card when checking for the activity reservation. The AAA card must match the person who made the reservation and is checking in with an approved ID. Failure to show an active, non-expired AAA membership card, Government ID, and be present will result in the discount being revoked and the difference being charged to the reservation on file. No specific membership is required to be eligible, but a physical or digital card must be present and scanned into the reservation to be approved. Guests may pre-submit a photo of the card to the reservations department, but will still be required to be present at check-in with a valid ID to be eligible for the discount. No specific AAA region is required to receive the discount.

**Local Discount Terms & Conditions

Local discount applies to any person who has a Zip Code on his/her/them/zim government-issued ID as specified in the San Diego County Zip Code List found at https://www.sandiegocounty.gov/content/dam/sdc/hhsa/programs/sd/community_action_partnership/26%20HHSA%20sdcnty_zipcode.pdf. Charter guests can reference the list from the link above to confirm that they are within the following areas to receive the discount. They must hold a physical ID card. No digitals, no comps, or temporarys may be used to validate the discount. The same person who reserved the activity must have the ID with the valid Zip Code in order to be approved for the discount. Failure to produce a valid ID or not be present at time of checkin will result in the discount being removed and the full amount charged to the payment method on file. Guests may pre-submit a photo of the ID (if legal to do so) prior to the start of the activity but will still need to be present at time of checkin in order to be valid.

Discounts can be redeemed via the policy found on the Discounts Terms of Service. Most of the time, it will be either online or via a quick email.

No, Discounts through our partner at VeriPass must be valid to receive the discount. Keener Adventures LLC, its subsidiaries service providers, and partners can not alter this policy.

No, Discounts can not be combined. We recommend using the most significant discount you have available.

No, discounts attached to your activity must have you present for it to be valid. Failure to be present will result in the discount being removed and the difference being charged to your payment method.

To receive the discount, bookings must be made via their activities portal at https://www.resortkonakai.com/local-experiences. Once you purchase through them, you will not need to provide any additional information.
