Additional Protection for guests with our Trip Protection Information

Guests who purchase Trip Protection for the activity that Uber will pick them up from or drop them off are provided additional services as part of the perk. The perk is that if you miss your cruise due to an issue with us scheduling the Uber, you will receive a full refund for the cruise and reschedule to a new date/time. You will also have up to 3 days before your cruise to cancel your Uber Request with us and receive a refund minus any fees charged by the Uber platform. Yes, we require all participants of our rideshare service to have an active reservation as we use your active reservation to add this service onto. To make a new reservation please feel free to contact us.

Yes, please contact us for options. We have it set up so that you get picked up after the activity, or we can bring you to the activity location and back afterwards.

We provide up to 5% off your transit with proof of stay at one our partner properties. Please contact us for more information.

No, Uber Terms & Conditions require that there be at least one 18+ year old in the card from your party. Violating this policy will result in your Uber being cancelled and you receiving no compensation.
